We are predominantly involved in creating, modifying & implementing mechanical (& some structural) designs. Is that your area of interest?

- You won't mind (too much) being up to elbows in grease on occasion. After all it does wash off! Well nearly.
- You can 'think outside the box' when needed.
- You can mix it easily with both the site manager, the guy who sweeps the floors & all in between.
- You will enjoy design. (No we don't mean day after day crunching numbers, just occasionally.)
- We need people who can sketch, conceive concepts & apply them.
- You will have a strong interest in CAD usage, a desire to explore its boundaries & won't mind the mundane in between the exciting.
- You will have the ability to get on professionally with people even if some irritate you.
- Previous experience & a trade or hands on background will be preferred because it gives you have a hold on the real world.
- You will value being part of a team. You like people!
- You will be able to work unsupervised (within your technical & practical capabilities).
- You will be willing to ask questions and enjoy learning.
- You will have a very high level of professional integrity & honesty.
- You will be inquisitive & willing to explore, even 'going out on a limb' on occasion.
